Pottery Experiences
Structured half-day or full-day Pottery Experiences
Structured pottery experiences to create a specific piece e.g. ceramic flower, tea light house, animal scultpure, bird bath or butter dish. Under the guidance of Sarah and Kenneth you will use all the neccessary techniques to create your own work of art. Use underglazes to personalise your own piece, try scraffito or select a glaze which we will apply for you once your piece has been bisque fired.

Pottery Classes
Learn all about the basics of the pottery world by attending our 7 week course (daytime and evening classes available). Small class sizes with between 6 to 8 people. Learn various techniques with clay including throwing, hand-building and sculpting. Each week will include a demonstration from your tutor as well as assistance throughout the session to help guide you when needed. We have two wheels in the studio and will ensure everyone has an opportunity to throw and turn a selection of pieces. Once you have made your pieces you will be able to apply underglazes if desired before we bisque fire and apply brush-on or dipping glazes before the glaze firing.
